Walls in the Qin dynasty

The Qin Great Wall in Gu Yuan dates back more than two thousand years. The kings of that age have long since diminished, leaving behind only a low ridge of earth stretching across the land.

What has remained unchanged are the shepherds, generation after generation, still tending their flocks along the ancient walls.
