Mountaingearlab.com offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”).

GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Return and Refund

Unused, unmodified products are eligible for a full refund for 10 days after receipt.

Due to the material properties of DCF, excessive wrinkles on a DCF product is regarded as already being used, and therefore is ineligible for the return.

Returns outside of the 10-day period will not be accepted.

Mountain Gear Lab is not responsible for the return shipping costs and damaged/lost items in the return transit.

To begin a Return and Refund, please send a request to Mountain Gear Lab.

You need to pay for the shipping cost for the goods to be returned.

Once we receive the goods, your refund is made directly to the same form of payment used on the order of the goods.

Any products outside of the 10-day period that experience issues due to a manufacturer defect will be eligible, at the discretion of Mountain Gear Lab, to have the item repaired or replaced.

Exchange service for unused, unmodified products of equal or lesser value is not offered.

Warranty

All Mountain Gear Lab gear includes a 2 year limited warranty against product failure caused by manufacturing and design defects. Products will be repaired when possible or replaced based on the specific case.

Scuffs, punctures, or tears caused by wear, misuse, accidents, or extreme weather are not covered, however, they can usually be easily fixed with seam tape and patches by the user. Our products are constructed from ultralight materials, and some wear and tear is to be expected.

If you need to send us a package due to the Warranty, please contact us and let us know what the issue is. We may have an easy solution that doesn't involve sending in your gear.
