East of the Yin Chuan city, the Great Wall appears on the east bank of the Yellow River and extends eastward on half-deserted land, to reach the Yan Chi county.
On the 3rd day of hiking, I was quite exhausted in the yellow of desert land where surprisingly a small village with red roofs appears. I was warmly welcomed by a home of villagers and slept on a king size brick bed with the self made wool quilt. So much appreciation! |
