Liner 1/3

Overview

A liner stands to fit seamlessly into you backpack and is the indispensable factor in the layered packing principle to make full use of your backpack space.

"Regardless of season, elevation, or trip length, my backpack always contains only four main stuff sacks, the 1/3 liner being on the top to hold everything except my shelter, sleeping bag, and backup clothes - in other words, all my trail gear, cookware, and food."

So, what does ultralight really mean? Simplicity, speed, long distance, efficiency, flexibility, and safety. Above all, it is a longing for freedom.

Depending on the amount of your stuff, you choose the 1/6, 1/4, or 1/3 liner. This figure refers to the rough ratio of the liner's height to the backpack's height:

Not only my liners are mutually stackable, but also, they can be stacked with my dry bags, round-bottom sacks, and flat sacks, the sizes of which are of a systematic and precise design for them to match each other.
